Do I need a physician referral / prescription to receive physical therapy?

No, effective September 1, 2019, you can directly access physical therapy in the state of Texas without a physician referral for initial 10-14 days of therapy (which is covered by your insurance). Schedule your initial consultation today.

Can I select where I receive physical therapy?

Yes, you can select where you receive physical therapy. Matter of fact, most of our patients are self-referred for one of three reasons:
1. Word of mouth
2. Online research and reviews
3. Failures from other clinics

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid; call us to confirm if we accept your insurance carrier.

What if I don't have insurance - do you offer cash packages?

Yes, we offer cash packages and CareCredit if you don't have health insurance.

What forms do I need to complete before my initial visit?

Please see our Patient Resources above to complete the Registration and Personal Health History forms. Kindly arrive 15 minutes before your treatment session with the following items:
1. Valid form of ID
2. Current insurance card (if applicable)
3. A referral from your physician (if available)

What should I wear for my treatment session?

We recommend athletic / gym attire or clothing that is easy to move in; changing rooms are available if necessary.

How long is each treatment session?

A typical treatment session can last up to 60 minutes but can vary depending upon the injury and therapy prescribed.

What can I expect after a treatment session?

A typical treatment session involves elements of stretching and activating muscles with a focus on manual therapy. This may cause you to experience soreness in the area treated. To help alleviate the soreness, our therapists recommend you stay hydrated, alternate between ice and heat, and follow your home exercise / stretching regimen. If the soreness persists, please notify one of our therapists before your next treatment session.
